Brief Biography (English)

Dr Sibusiso Zuma is an action research practitioner currently practising at the Department of Health Studies as a Senior Lecturer Health Services Management, College of Human Sciences at University of South Africa (UNISA). He is a Health Systems Researcher with extensive knowledge, interest and practical experience in supporting; monitoring and evaluation of quality of the health services across all three levels. He has managed Quality Improvement Programmes, Patient Safety Initiatives, Rehabilitation, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical and Emergency Medical Services in the resource constrained environment successfully.
