Dr Okorinama Abarinkia Francis Wokoma holds a doctorate degree in Environmental Resource Management from Abia State University, Uturu Abia State, Nigeria. He had earlier in 2000 obtained a Master of Philosophy (M. Phil.) degree in Environmental Management from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt, Nigeria. His first degree in Zoology was obtained from the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria in 1992. Dr Wokoma is currently a Senior Lecturer and Acting Head of Department of Biology, Faculty of Natural and Applied Science, Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. He has published numerous refereed articles in both local and foreign journals. As an environmental consultant, he has been involved in several environmental studies such as Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Audit/Evaluation and has written over 20 technical reports. Dr Wokoma is a member of the Nigerian Environmental Society (NES). He is happily married with three lovely kids.
