Brief Biography (English)
Dr Mark Williams-Wynn holds the position of R&D Manager at EWaste Africa as well as Research Engineer in the School of Engineering at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering, having graduated in 2016. He has a strong background in research and process development, with more than 20 peer-reviewed research papers and 2 patents to his name. He has substantial experience in waste management and is passionate about using his process development background to enable the improvement of technologies used in Africa for the management of waste, so much so, that he has developed a final year chemical engineering module on this exact topic for students at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
