Brief Biography (English)
Prof Villet is a zoologist specialising in forensic entomology and biodiversity studies. He has run guest courses at the University of Fort Hare and the University of the Witwatersrand. Nine of his postgraduates are running museum departments in Africa and Europe, while others are in academic posts in South African and Kenya, or involved in international industrial organizations focused on bio recycling and agricultural pest control. He personally consults on forensic entomology through the Southern African Forensic Entomology Research Laboratory.
