Dr. Usman, Mustapha Adewale was born at Igbaye in Osun State. He obtained a National Certificate in Education (Mathematics/Physics) from Oyo state college of education in Nigeria, B.Sc (Hons) Degree in Mathematics from University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, in 1991; MSc degree in Mathematics from University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria, in 1998; Postgraduate diploma in computer science (PGDC) from University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria in 1999 and a PhD degree in Mathematics (Applied Mathematics) from the University of Ilorin, Kwara state in 2004. His research interest is in the area of Engineering Mechanics and Structural Dynamics (Analytical dynamics), Fluid Dynamics/Mechanics, Mathematical Modelling, and Computational Mathematics. He is presently an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematical Sciences, Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Nigeria. Dr. Usman has published papers in prestigious journals and attended both local and international conferences where he presented papers.
