Brief Biography (English)
Professor Kabiru Jega Umar is with Department of Pure and Applied Chemistry, Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, between 2007 -2020 before taking teaching appointment with the Federal University Birnin Kebbi in the Department of Pure and Industrial Chemistry. His research interest was Food Analysis while he teaches mainly Organic Chemistry and industrial Chemistry related courses. Prof Umar is member of Chemical Society of Nigeria, and Institute of Chartered Chemists of Nigeria among others. He published numerous research articles.
