Dr S. E.Ukwueze graduated from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm; 2000), Master of Pharmacy (MPharm; 2003), and a Doctor of Philosophy in Medicinal Chemistry (PhD; 2014). He was the pioneer staff and Acting Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal Chemistry, University of Port Harcourt. Dr. Ukwueze, who is present, the Associate (Deputy) Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Port Harcourt, a Senior Lecturer and Researcher in the same institution, has served in many capacities as an examiner, curriculum developer, researcher and administrator within and outside the University. He belongs to many professional & academic bodies and has several publications in peer-reviewed journals.
