Brief Biography (English)
Dr. Florence Ngozi Uchendu is the Ag. Head of Department, Department of Public Health, National open University of Nigeria, Jabi Abuja. She is a Public Health Nutritionist and a Nutritional Epidemiologist. She has about 30 years of work experience in both the Food industry, NGO, and Academics. Her research interest includes the following Food fortification, Vitamin and mineral nutrition, Food safety and security, cardiovascular diseases, child and maternal nutrition, and data analysis.
