Ameha Tefera Tessema graduated in Doctor of Business Leadership (DBL) from the University of South Africa (Unisa). His doctoral thesis is called an interest rate commission agent banking system. He is an employee of Commercial Bank of Ethiopia. Previously he worked as manager-loan recovery, Manager–fund management, internal auditor and branch manager at construction and business bank before merged with commercial bank of Ethiopia. Ameha published banking articles including the thesis in international accredited journals and conferences such as Bank and banks system, international journal of business research, international journal of economics and financial study, journal of global economics, Advance in management and applied economics, international research journal of finance and economics, international journal of economics perspective and proceeding of 28th Austraian finance and banking conference. He published mathematical research in Journal of applied mathematics,Journal of theoretical mathematics and application and American journal of mathematics and statistics. Furthermore he is serving as associate editor of Advanced Journal of Banking, Investment and Taxation (AJBIT).
