Brief Biography (English)
Dr Lara Skelly is an Associate of David Baker Consulting and soon-to-be the Open Research Manager for Data and Methods at Loughborough University. Her background is in supporting researchers, particularly in the Economic and Management Sciences, building on her undergraduate degree in Economics. She has several degrees in Library and Information Sciences, which lead her to work as an academic reference librarian, a research librarian, a research manager, a lecturer and head up the PhD programme in Business Management and Administration at the Stellenbosch University Business School. She is the managing editor for the South African Journal of Business Management and a member of Emerald Publishing’s Impact Advisory Board.
