Dr Rosalia Sinvula holds a Doctor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT), Cape Town, South Africa, and a Master's Degree(Cum Laude) in 2010 from Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT). She is a registered engineer with the Engineering Council of Namibia since 2013. She serves as a member in various bodies local and international such as the Advisory Board for the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at NUST, AD-HOC Bid Evaluation Committee at NamPower, Integrated Management System Implementation Team, Associate reviewer for Africa and International Use of Energy (AIUE) 2nd Energy and Human Habitat (EHH) conference, and others. Dr Sinvula is the author of numerous research articles in peer-reviewed journals, book chapters, and conference proceedings. She is currently employed as an Engineer/ Project Manager at the NamPower - Transmission Capital Projects. She has more than 10 years of managing substations and transmission line projects. She is Co-Founder and Vice-Chair for Namibia Women in Engineering (NAMWIE) Association.
