Brief Biography (English)
Dr Ayobola Moninuola A. Sakpere is an Associate Professor of Botany at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria. Her research focuses on the Physiology and Micropropagation studies of indigenous vegetables, as well as a search for a natural, affordable, and safe source of alternative plant nutrients. She is a member of professional bodies such as the Botanical Society of Nigeria as well as The Organization for Women in Science for the Developing World (OWSD). Dr Sakpere serves as a Reviewer for several journals. She is also actively involved in post-graduate Training with more than 8 MSc and PhD graduates.
