Brief Biography (English)
Dr Daria Rutkowska is a Senior researcher currently working at the Next Generation Health Cluster at Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR). Expert in next-generation vaccine development and expression of protein-based vaccines and therapeutics in various expression systems, including mammalian, insect and plant-based systems. Skilled in molecular biology, Biotechnology, Cell Culture, protein purification as well as transient plant expression techniques. Recent publications have been in the veterinary vaccine development field but current projects also include the development of antibody-based therapeutics, biosimilars as well as originator molecules, against human cancers.
