Brief Biography (English)
Dr Jerome Peter Reynard is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Geography, Archaeology and Environmental Sciences, at the University of the Witwatersrand. His research focuses on the zooarchaeology of the Middle Stone Age. His PhD involved analyses of fauna from Blombos Cave and Klipdrift Shelter. Currently, he is the Director of Faunal Research at Klasies River and his research includes occupational intensity in southern Africa during the Late Pleistocene.
