Brief Biography (English)
Dr Rasaki Bamidele, who writes under the pen-name Rasak Bamidele, obtained his BSc, MSc, and PhD degrees from the University of Ibadan; the author is a seasoned lecturer and consultant with a strong research background. Formerly the 1st Vice Chairman (Admin) Nigerian Anthropological and Sociological Practitioners Association (NASA), Member of so many other professional bodies, he has published so many articles both in national and international journals, as well as in book chapters. His area of research interests is Industrial sociology, Human resource management & Industrial & labour relations.
