Brief Biography (English)
Dr Andy Quashie is a Research Scientist at the Institute of Industrial Research of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Ghana. He is currently working on the design and installation of Anaerobic Baffled Bio-Digesters (ABBD) for the treatment of organic waste for institutions and individual residences. He researches into the design of materials, such pharmaceutical co-crystals, using crystallographic techniques, especially powder x-ray diffraction. He also design and supervise the establishment of solar saltworks. He is a lecturer of Chemistry in the School of Agriculture at the University of Ghana.
