Moses Glorino Rumambo Pandin is a lecturer and researcher of the Faculty of Humanities at Universitas Airlangga. He taught general subjects such as Citizenship, Pancasila, Religion, Introduction to Philosophy, Philosophy of Science, Psychology of Personality, Ethics, and Aesthetics. His research focuses specifically on Literature, culture, Religion, Applied Therapeutics Humor for resilience community, Humor, and its impact on education, organization, medicine, family, and disaster resilience, knowledge management, leadership, risk management, philosophy of sciences, bioethics, and medical humanities. He is a member of several research groups such as Religion, Multiculturalism, and Globalization, Manuscript, and Local Tradition, Gender, and Disaster Resilience. He is associate Fellow of the Australia-Indonesia Centre (AIC).
