Brief Biography (English)
Dr Robert Palmer has over 20 years’ experience as a consultant and specialist knowledge of African rivers and wetlands, aquatic macroinvertebrates, and freshwater fish. He has undertaken numerous environmental assessments throughout Africa, mostly concerning water resource developments and mining. He is a member of the South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (No 400108/95) and an accredited SASS5 biomonitoring practitioner.
