Dr Abdullahi Orire lectures research with community engagement in the department of Water Resources, Aquaculture and Fisheries Technology of the Federal University of Technology Minna since 2005. He completed his PhD in Aquaculture Nutrition and MTech Fisheries from the Federal University of Technology Minna. He also supervised 13 undergraduate students and 1 Masters and 1 PhD student. He is also serving as member of editorial board and reviewer for number of journals. He is member of Fisheries Society of Nigeria. He has published 1 research article in national journal and 2 conferences proceeding in international journals. He conduct research in fish nutrition and feed technology. He has publications in reputable journals. He has earned some research grants, awards and a patent. He review articles for journal houses, external examiner to higher institution and member of research several groups.
