Wilfred Ochieng Omollo holds an MA in Planning (2005) from the University of Nairobi (UoN) and a PhD in Planning (2018) from the Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology (JOOUST). He is a registered planner and Lecture at Kisii University. He is a member of the Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK), a member of the Town and County Planners Association of Kenya (TCAPK), and a member of the International Society of City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP), and a member of the Africa Association of Remote Sensing of the Environment (AARSE). He has widely consulted in land use planning. His research interests are in urban land use planning and development control. He currently serve as an international editorial board member in the Journal of Contemporary Urban Affairs (JCUA), as Peer Reviewer in the Journal of Urban and Regional Planning.
