Dr Babatunde Olawoye lectures at the Department of Food Science and Technology, First Technical University, Ibadan, Nigeria. He received his Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Nigeria while his MSc and PhD in Food Science and Technology were bagged from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria in 2016 and 2021, respectively. He specialises in Food Chemistry, with an area of focus on Food chemometrics and functional foods. He has published over 40 articles in reputable peer-reviewed journals, and he is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology(NIFST) as well as a Certified Food Scientist of Nigeria.
