Dr Dolapo Oladiran is a Food Scientist and Project Management Professional with more than 9 years of experience in academia and the food industry. She has garnered valuable experience in Food science research with focus on food rheology, food processing & Sensory science. She also has experience in quality and research management, and project management. Dr Oladiran holds a PhD from the University of Pretoria where she also completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in Food Science. As a project manager, she has planned and implemented research programs, including managing research resources, writing proposals for grant applications, conducting data analysis, writing reports, disseminating research findings through peer-reviewed papers, giving seminars and workshops and presentations at conferences, and liaising with stakeholders to develop partnerships that support strategic research priorities.
