Dr Obed Matundura Ogega is a climate scientist and programme management specialist with a focus on research and innovation for sustainable development. His areas of expertise include project and programme design and management; resource mobilisation; strategy development; partnership building; and team leadership and supervision. In the course of his 16-year professional journey, he has mastered the art of being a dependable team player and leader, influencing for positive impact, acting decisively, and driving innovation and change within teams.
Training and Research Experience:
Dr Ogega holds an executive training in leadership and strategic business management and planning, a PhD in Climate Change and Sustainability, a master's degree in Climate Change Adaptation, and a plausible publication record in research for development and climate science and its applications in planetary health.
