Brief Biography (English)
Dr. John Emmanuel Ogbeba lectures in the department of architecture at Girne American University (GAU) Northern Cyprus. Dr Ogbeba’s real interests are in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Energy efficiency in buildings, Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV), Solar architecture, Energy policy, and sustainable construction. Dr Ogbeba has written several peer-reviewed international and local journal articles. Most of these publications are in the area of Renewable energy for residential buildings, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and BIPV. His research work focuses on finding architectural solutions to providing cleaner and cheaper energy to households in developing countries.
