Dr Adewumi Ronke Odunlade (Nee Gbadegesin), holds a PhD degree in Food Science and Technology from the Obafemi Awolowo University with specialisation in Food Chemistry and Processing. She also holds a Master of Science degree with distinction in Food Science and Technology from Obafemi Awolowo University . She also possesses a Bachelor of Technology (Hons.) degree with a Second Class (Upper Division) in Food Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. She is motivated by her love for learning and succeeding as she strives to become an outstanding woman in today’s society.
She has co-authored peer-reviewed articles in the area of Food Chemistry and Processing. She has also attended scientific conferences. She has worked as a Teaching Assistant at The Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. She was a volunteer for the United Nation’s Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) through Family and Community Life Re-orientation. She is industrially experienced as a Production and Quality Control Analyst at Femstar and Company Limited, Isolo, Lagos State. She is a Professional Member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology.
