Mrs Ayanda Nompumelelo Nodada is an organized, disciplined, and ambitious budding medical researcher, specializing in physiology, with the aim to innovate towards the development and remodeling of the health science structure, especially in South Africa. As a researcher, she intend on providing efficient, cost-effective, and reliable medicines and medical interventions through the utilization of agriculture and the investigation of medicinal plants. At present, she is a PhD candidate in the University of Pretoria, focusing on cancer research and the investigation of animal models used to assess peripheral neuropathies, in the context of chemotherapy. She intend on lecturing in human physiology and biochemistry in tertiary institutes for the purpose to further her knowledge in the field whilst contributing to the academic excellence and discipline of young medical professionals in universities. She has a Master of Science degree in Life Sciences and four years of experience in laboratory work, data handling and both, quantitative and qualitative research.
