Dr Ovett Nwosimiri is a Philosophy Tutor (teaching African Philosophy and African Political Philosophy) at City Lit, London, United Kingdom. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. He lectured at the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2018 to 2021, South Africa; and Joseph’s Theological Institute in 2022, South Africa. His teaching and research interests are in Philosophy and Ethics; particularly in African philosophy, African epistemology, (Applied) Ethics, Philosophy of Race, Philosophy/Ethics and AI, Epistemology, Existential Philosophy, Environmental Ethics, Political Philosophy, International Business, and Data Analytics. He has interests in other philosophical areas and interdisciplinary research that bridges the gap between philosophy and technology (AI). Dr Nwosimiri is a Research Associate at the African Centre for Epistemology and Philosophy of Science, University of Johannesburg, South Africa. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow, (2022), at the African Centre for Epistemology and Philosophy Science, South Africa
