Dr Christopher Changwe Nshimbi is Director and Research Fellow at the Centre for the Study of Governance Innovation (GovInn), University of Pretoria, South Africa.
He Researches migration, borders, regional integration, the informal economy, and water governance.
Dr Nshimbi sits in on regional and international technical working groups on trade, labour, and migration, social cohesion, and water.
He Teaches Regional Integration; African Politics & Regions; State formation & Governance in Africa; and Supervises Honours, Masters, and PhD research in the Department of Political Sciences of the University of Pretoria.
Dr Nshimbi Publishes Op-Eds in The Conversation Africa, openDemocracy, and other media.
