Brief Biography (English)
Dr Bright Nkrumah is currently involved in the climate change adaptation project focusing on the role of youth change agents and climate change. The project focuses on surveying the options which can be explored by youth activists, creating platforms for climate change dialogues, and building partnerships with relevant (non)state actors for sustainability. He received his DPhil in Multidisciplinary Human Rights from the University of Pretoria where he assessed the conditions under which citizens could trigger food protests. His research interest focuses on political contestation, climate change, food (in)security, youth dissent, and democratization.
