Dr Peter Narh is an Environmental Social Scientist at the Institute of African Studies, University of Ghana. His research focus on Social approaches to environmental resources conservation in agriculture, and in Environmental governance. Currently, his research fields are in Kenya and Ghana. He holds a PhD in Development Studies (Environmental governance option) from the University of Bayreuth in Germany.
Beside academia, Dr Narh is very much interested in promoting environmentally sustainable homes. Home tree planting, gardening, and water flow care are his favourite community outreach activities. He is also concerned with care for children in conflict and has a budding personal organisation to support provision of meals and play materials to children in refugee camps, conflict-based isolation centres, children's homes, etc in Africa. He is Ghanaian, happily married to a Kenyan, in a pan-African spirit.
