Prof. Mwapagha is currently an Associate Professor/ Research Scientist at Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), where his research is based on Cancer Genomics, Antimicrobial Resistance, Wastewater Disease Surveillance, Public Health, Biosafety and biosecurity, Microbiome, Virus host-pathogen interactions (HIV, HPV, & SAR-CoV-2), Microbiology of Food Safety and Phytochemistry of Medicinal Plants. Prof. Mwapagha is also open to collaborations in the above-mentioned fields.
