Brief Biography (English)

Mr Mashinga Johannes Mvelase is a Physics lecturer for 1st-year students in the Electrical Engineering course. He was a lecturer in 2nd-year Radiography and Somatology from 2014 to 2017. His research span from Low Energy Nuclear to Physics Education but with an emphasis on Applied Nuclear Physics where terrestrial and aquatic samples are my primary interests for evaluation and analysis. He is fascinated by the natural background radiation from environmental samples. Mr Mvelase is a Radiation Protection Officer (RPO) for the Department of Physics.
