Brief Biography (English)

Mr Youssef Moulane is a PhD student at Cadi Ayyad University (Morocco) and University of Liège (Belgium), working on physical and chemical properties of small bodies of the Solar System including Comets and Asteroids. Currently, he is at the European Southern Observatory (ESO) in Chile to finish his thesis. Generally, Mr Moulane is interested in astronomy and astrophysics, especially in the planetary science field such as Solar system planets and exoplanets. Besides his academic work, he is also interested in astronomy outreach activities for the public. Mr Moulane participated in the Organization of many events and workshops for children, students and members of the public at schools, institutions and open areas in different cities in Morocco.
