Miss Gladness Motsogi completed a National Diploma in Analytical Chemistry at the University of Johannesburg in 2009. Her in-service training was completed at PFG Building Glass in 2007 and she worked as a Junior Laboratory Technician for four months in 2008 at PFG Building Glass. She left the company to complete an outstanding subject towards a national diploma at the University of Johannesburg.
In 2009 December she was offered a position as a Sole Laboratory Technician to start a production line depended laboratory. The new laboratory implemented good laboratory practices and became part of the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditation in 2011, still under her Supervision with no laboratory manager.
Miss Motsogi did both her BTech and MTech as a part-time registration while working as a Senior Laboratory Technician. Her MTech project was based on the production line of the mirror to reduce corrosion to equipment used, as well as reduce contaminants in water from the production line in the effluent plant.
She will be registering a Doctorate in the coming year while working on the purification of wastewater in drains without harming the environment.
