Brief Biography (English)
Dr Modeste Kacou is a researcher at the Laboratoire de Physique de l'Atmosphère et de Mécanique des Fluides at Université Félix Houphouët-Boigny , he is the Africa coordinator of the Rain Cell or Smart project. Modeste is a specialist in rain measurement by remote sensing (radar, satellite) and also from the mobile phone network. He holds a PhD in Rainfall Analysis in the sahelian from a polarimetric X-band radar from the Universities of Toulouse and Félix Houphouêt- Boigny.
