Brief Biography (English)
Dr. Miller is broadly interested in the application of science to conservation issues. Her doctoral studies focused on the management of lions on small reserves in South Africa, and She continues to be involved in this work through the Lion Management Forum. Her postdoctoral studies are focussed on genetics, initially in the search for genetic mutations linked to colour variant phenotypes within the South African game ranching industry and presently bird systematics of Southern African birds.
