Brief Biography (English)
Dr Auther Maviza's interests are in application of GIS and Remote sensing (geospatial technology) within the domain of climate change/ variability, hydrological modelling, landscape ecology, landuse-landcover change and geohealth studies. This covers spatio-temporal analysis & modelling of the environmental and health phenomena and applying spatial-based decision support systems in pragmatic problem solving.
