Dr Adekunbi Adetola Malomo is a passionate Food Scientist and Technologist at the Department of Food Science and Technology, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. Her area of interest is Food microbiology and biotechnology. She is currently working on the standardisation of locally fermented foods.
