Eubert is a Professional Engineer, Researcher and currently doing his research studies at Monash University in Australia. He is skilled in petrochemicals, chemical engineering, MATLAB, Aspen Plus, HAZOP Study, process design and catalysis. His research interests include graphene oxide membranes, nanotechnology, heterogeneous catalysis, clean combustion technologies, petrochemicals, biomass waste to energy, and fluidization. Eubert worked as a lecturer in the Department of Chemical and Process Systems Engineering (CPSE) from 2011 to 2021 at Harare Institute of Technology (HIT). He received a Bachelor of Technology Honours degree in Chemical and Process Systems Engineering from HIT, Zimbabwe in 2010. Mr Mahofa also received a Masters of Technology in Chemical Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad, India in 2014. He worked as a Systems Consultant at Wetrok Zimbabwe in 2010. Mr Mahofa's research interests span both chemical engineering and nanotechnology. Much of his work has been on catalytic soot oxidation in automobiles using nano-catalysts mainly through the synthesis of nano-catalysts, catalytic activity and performance evaluation. Mr Mahofa is the Author of over ten papers on heterogeneous nano-catalysis in after-exhaust treatment technologies with a publication in the Elsevier (ScienceDirect) journal.
