Dr Lindinger is a postdoctoral fellow and the lab coordinator at the Child Development Research Laboratory (CDRL) at the University of Cape Town (UCT), South Africa. Her primary research interests are the developmental effects of prenatal alcohol exposure from infancy to adolescence and she works with two longitudinal cohorts with fetal alcohol spectrum disorders (FASD). At the CDRL we investigate a broad range of domains using neuropsychological tests, event-related potential using EEG, Eye-blink conditioning, eye saccade, manual segmentation of subcortical structures from MRI scans, and functional MRI. She holds a PhD in Psychology and a MA in Psychological Research from UCT with clinical training in pediatric, adult, and geriatric Neuropsychology (registration with the HPCSA pending).
