Dr Mpho Lekgoathi is a Senior Scientist at the South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa). He holds a PhD in Applied science, specialising in Chemical Technology from University of Pretoria. My other training includes World Nuclear University and leadership courses. He is currently working in the field of spectroscopy, especially Raman and FTIR for various projects, but focus is on Li-ion battery research and nuclear activities
