Brief Biography (English)

Lesley Le Grange is a Distinguished Professor in the Faculty of Education at Stellenbosch University. He has 218 publications to his credit, has delivered 150+ academic presentations, and serves on editorial boards of nine peer-reviewed journals. Lesley is Vice-President of the International Association for the Advancement of Curriculum Studies (IAACS), Fellow of the Royal Society of Biology (UK), holds a B2 rating from the National Research Foundation, and is a recipient of several academic awards and prizes. His current research interests include exploring resonances/dissonances between “post-human” and decolonizing theories; sustainability education; and decolonizing of the university curriculum.
