Dr Alina Kozhukhova is a postdoctoral researcher at Hydrogen South Africa (HySA) Infrastructure at North-West University in Potchefstroom, South Africa. She received her PhD in Chemical Engineering from North-West University in South Africa, focusing on the development of support structures for hydrogen-related applications. Her expertise varies from the development of catalysts and characterisation to the development of technologies for hydrogen safety, thermal generation, and storage applications. Dr Kozhukhova has participated in numerous workshops and conferences at national and international levels and has been recognised as one of the six award winners of NRF-Sasol Postdoctoral Innovation Programme Fellowships in 2023. She has also been a member of the Catalysis Society of South Africa since 2022.
