Brief Biography (English)

Chaudry Khalique is heading the International Institute for Symmetry Analysis and Mathematical Modelling at North-West University, Mafikeng Campus, South Africa. His current research interests are Applications of Lie group methods to differential equations. He has published several research articles in various research journals and delivered research talks at many international conferences. He studied for his PhD degree (Mathematics) at Dundee University, Scotland. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications, UK, and a member of American Mathematical Society, USA, London Mathematical Society, UK, Association for Mathematics Education of South Africa, and South African Mathematical Society. He has reviewed several research papers for various academic journals and was a Guest Editor of a Special Issue of Nonlinear Analysis: Real World Applications in 2009. He was a visiting researcher at many universities around the world including Delaware State University and Jackson State University in the USA, Istanbul Technical University, Turkey, and Ufa State Technical University, Russia.
