Dr Joseph is an academic with tertiary lecturing experience accumulated over 10 plus years. She has taught courses in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Business Intelligence and Data Analytics. A very active research professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science discipline. Have done extensive researches in the areas of :e-Government and Data Mining ( Machine Learning). Industrial Knowledge posses-ed include Software Design ; Software Engineering; Requirements Analysis; Data Analysis; Development( Programming) , Research, Project Management,etc.
