Brief Biography (English)
Kevin Johnston is an Emeritus Professor and former Head of Department of the Department of Information Systems at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, and a Visiting Professor at the University of Pforzheim, Germany. He has a National Research Foundation (NRF) rating and several publications.
Prof Johnston is an Associate at Yellow Baobab Institute of Leadership (YBIL), a Head Tutor at GetSmarter, and a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Damelin Online.
His principal research areas are ICT strategy and management, IS educational issues, Social and Networking systems, Emerging technology, and Entrepreneurship.
