Brief Biography (English)

Mr Azeez Ishola is a Lecturer at Afe Babalola University, Nigeria, and Teaches Anatomy courses to medical and other allied health students. He is also involved in carrying out biomedical research.

Mr Ishola is a graduate student at the Department of Anatomy, University of Ilorin, Nigeria, under the supervision of Prof M.S. Ajao. They are currently working on the biological effects of a novel alkaloid on memory processing which received a grant from the International Society for Neurochemistry (ISN). The programme is near completion.

Mr Ishola is interested in neuroscience research where he has Published several articles in both international and local journals on different topics of neuroscience ranging from stroke, Parkinsonism, addiction and many more.

He enjoys travelling and learning new scientific techniques. Mr Ishola is open to collaboration in the area of neuroscience.
