Dr Henrico teaches Administrative Law in the Department of Public Law and Jurisprudence at the University of the Western Cape. He started teaching on a part-time basis in 2011 at the University of Johannesburg and in 2012 my appointment was made permanent. In 2011 he taught Labour Law to business law students and in 2012, began teaching Administrative Law and Criminal Procedure and was also involved with teaching Labour Law in the Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Law (PGDLL). From 2014 he was appointed course coordinator of the PGDLL. At the end of 2018 I relocated to the Western Cape and was appointed Senior Lecturer in the Department of Public Law and Jurisprudence at the University of the Western Cape with effect from 01 January 2019. Before joining academia in 2011 he was a member of the Johannesburg Bar since 1996 and prior thereto he prosecuted in the Johannesburg Regional Court from 1993-1995. My research interests are Administrative Law; Religious Discrimination and Transformative Education.
