Dr Harris Andoh has about fifteen (15) years of professional research experience in Global Environmental Management; Human Security; Science and Technology Policy Studies and Analysis; Research evaluation and Monitoring and Evaluation (M & E), and socio-economic studies. He has also been extensively involved in Research Administration with international organizations including the United Nations University. He holds a PhD in Science and Technology Studies from Stellenbosch University, South Africa; Master of Philosophy degree in Environmental Science from the University of Ghana, Legon, and B. Sc in Agricultural Engineering (Soil and Water Engineering specialization) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. In addition, he has also received training in Governance in Oil, Gas, and Mining Revenues from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). His current research interests are research policy, research quality, research evaluation, peer-review, Higher Education Institutional Evaluation of Research, Policy Impacts and Grants; research practices, research organization-industry relations, comparative empirical studies, Scholarly Publishing and Communication societal relevance and impact of research.
