Brief Biography (English)
Dr Rigane Ghayth is an Assistance Professor works in University of Kairouan and Laboratory of Organic Chemistry at the University of Sfax in Tunisia. Dr Ghayth has done research in Food Chemistry, Phytochemistry as well as spectroscopy (NMR, MS, UV, IR). Dr Ghayth had the opportunity to work and collaborate with several research groups contributing in the overall understanding of the separation, identification and characterisation of bioactive compounds isolated olive from by-product and valorisation of Tunisian medicinal plants, as well as the development of new methods applied in the fields of the environment and the food industry.
